Nice hotel close to destination we were interested in at reasonable rate

Lobby ac or public area air conditioners were not working correctly so hallways, elevator and lobby and bar area were bery warm

Front staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and welcoming. Will stay again!!

This hotel was a "recover" from another bad Hotels.com pick! I let them know we couldn't get the tv to connect to wifi to use built in apps and Desk Clerk stated knew nothing to help. I booked room with a tub but got a shower only that was VERY tight! Had to climb in closet to get iron & board at end of closet behind the door that wouldn't slide. I love the Aloft brand so it was still a thumbs up despite the issues; and I'd definitely stay again!

Tired hotel, hacky renovation, poor cleanliness.

It was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were also fun games to play in the lobby like pool. It's a great location being near so many shopping centers and the Avalon. My only downside is I wouldn't count on a good view given there's not much nature around.

Booked because you had a pool. Pool was closed for another month. Would not have booked here if I knew that.

Great Hotel for comfort, terrible location. If you don’t have a rental car, your food options will be limited. The hotel food is very limited, with microwave options. I wasn’t a fan of their menu. The hotel is next to a strip mall. The mall has a few dining options but you will have to walk across to a busy 6 lane street to get to them.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest but other than that, our stay was fine.
