The one bedroom with kitchen that we stayed in was adequate for 3 people and clean with all needed dinnerware. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again.

It’s an aging property - the maintenance is poor. Air conditioners are dirty with a thick layer of dirt/dust on the filters and main bedroom unit is rattling. Notified the front desk, but it shouldn’t be guests telling them about maintenance.

Not clean and super uncomfortable beds. Everyone raves about the staff but only one person was accomodating. Walls were paper thin, I heard peoples alarms in the morning, spitting in the sink, kids screaming, etc. If you are a family that needed the kitchen and space, sure but not for a couple. We requested a double bed but got two single beds. The toilet was not glued to the tiles so it moved every time you went to the toilet. The furniture were very outdated and did not feel very clean. Only positive thing was the location, şisli is a good place. I have been in Istanbul 6 times, so the best place to stay is definitely Eminonu or sirkeci, basically next to each other. There you have all the connections, marmaray, tram, metro, busses, etc.

No frill service apartment. Don’t expect anything 5 star, but good enough for it’s purpose. It’s close to metro and a large shopping mall. They asked on booking page to contact them 72 hours for check-in instructions, but after I tried to contact them they gave no response, in the end I think they just want to make sure you are going to show up. Room cleaning is every 2 days, and there are a number of minor issues with the apartment I was staying, like air-con drip water when using and they put a towel under it, toilet leak small amount of water but there is sink hole nearby. Like I said don’t expect 5 star anything.

Return visit to the Belle Maison on a short trip. Great location. Easy walking distance to the Metro and Cevahir Mall. Pleasant staff. Nice, clean hotel with all you need. Kitchenette has all the basics.

It was a nice stay at a central location in Istanbul, very close to the M2 metro line and various bus lines. Despite its central location, the venue was not in a noisy street. The service was excellent and the staff is very friendly.

It was one of the best stays I had in Istanbul. Staff was all the time supportive and helpful. I was contacted before visit and asked for any special need. When I checked out I forgot one item in the room and staff contacted me and did their best to get it delivered to me. Thanks for this hospitality and tremendous servis. I definately recomend this hotel whoever wants to have comfortable nice stay in Istanbul. Very close distanse from Cevahir Shopping mall.

Nice place in a very good location for our trip

It was amazing stay, we needed a microwave in the room, within minutes they provided us with one. Also using the washing machine and the dryer was very useful. Kind and helpful members working there, starting from the receptionists to the cleaners. Will definitely go back with a heart beat.

The two best features of this hotel are (i) the extremely helpful and engaged front desk. Rarely have I seen a similar great customer service! and (ii) the location, in the center of Sisli with a lot of restaurants, shopping opportunities, metro etc. very close by. The property as such, including rooms, might benefit from some touch-ups, to make it look and feel a bit more appealing. ..

The place is very cozy, and the location is excellent. It is very close to a metro station and a very big mall that you can go shopping at.
