Hotel bien ubicado. Agradable. Habitación amplia solo para l baño no se veía muy limpios los azulejos. En el hotel hay un restaurante muy de moda en la ciudad. Muy lindo. Si escoges la opción de desayuno incluido, puedes acceder a este súper demandado restaurante sin hacer la larga fila, y sin necesidad de reservación.

Upon arrival, great friendly greeting and an offer of a glass of fizz whilst our check in was being processed, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful aesthetics. Very convenient location.

L'hôtel est une institution!! Il est idéalement placé dans le quartier qui bouge. Sa salle de restaurant est installée dans le patio, couverte d'une veranda, et magnifiquement décorée! Instagrammable à souhait!! Les chambres sont belles, très bien décorées et grandes. Bonne insonorisation. Si je retourne à Budapest, je reprendrai cet hôtel!!

Location and Restaurant are absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Free Coffee/ water 24/7. Only downfall was the shower in the room. It has seen better days and water leaked onto the floor a lot cause the door was not doing to well. All in all a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it

Excellent small hotel in Budapest

For the price I paid and the short duration of my stay, I was very happy. However the room itself required a bit of TLC, many of my gripes are likely me being a bit picky. That said, the pictures online made my expectations slightly higher than what I experienced, particularly in terms of room maintenance and attention to detail. That being said, I’d stay again if I could secure a similar rate in the future. Budapest itself is absolutely stunning and easily one of my favourite cities I’ve visited so far—I can’t wait to return!

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le centre de Budapest, bien desservi en restaurants, supérette, transports collectifs, accueil discret et agréable. "Chambre-Suite" située au dessus de la verrière, nous n'avons pas regretté ce choix d'être sous les toits nous avons pu ainsi profiter du calme, isolés du bruit et de la musique énergique du restaurant. Chambre spacieuse, propreté qui mériterait un peu plus tant dans la chambre que parties communes. Petit déjeuner compris dans notre séjour au restaurant rattaché à l'hôtel, à la décoration de toute beauté et victime de son succès : beaucoup de monde du matin au soir pour se restaurer et prendre des photos instagram... nourriture assez bonne mais peu variée, en revanche accueil glacial ! Dommage... Nous recommandons cet hôtel

It was not a quiet accommodation, we could hear the noise from the restaurant downstairs and from the hallway. The staff was really nice and the room clean.

Un Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Budapest et proche de tout (tram, métro, bus...) commerces, restos. Le personnel est accueillant et pro. Les chambres sont parfaites. A recommander.

Was a lovely stay my only criticism was the lighting- very dark room

Lovely Quirkey unique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and little treats available at the reception area are a nice touch. We traveled as a family and had a suit. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is in a great area and central to pretty much everything. The rooms like really nice but if you get one that has multiple stories the air conditioning doesn’t work properly on the top floor. Also they don’t make the pull out beds unless you tell them in advance or you have to wait until the next day. The night staff is absolutely useless. They don’t ship out packages for you

I booked a PRESIDENTIAL SUITE in this hotel, one would think in a 4* hotel that must be the best room and the service would be excellent. Well, no. There was 3 stories in the suite which is absolutely amazing and a great value I always stay in 5* hotels but I saw the pictures of this hotel immediately wanted to book this suite for a special occasion! This hotel is NOT A 4 STAR. The rooms are DIRTY the carpet was WET from the previous guests, first I thought maybe they cleaned the carpet with a wet vacuum.. no. That water was coming FROM THE BATHROOM!! Years of WATER DAMAGE ON THE WALLS! After taking a shower,I understood what’s happening:the shower had serious problems with drainage all the water ENDED UP ON THE CARPET IN THE ROOM!Imagine staying in a presidential suite and having to tiptoe around a MASSIVE water hole on the carpet going from the bedroom all the way to the hallway! The downstairs bathroom wasn’t any better.it literally smelled like URINE (upon checkin) I understand this is an old property renovated into a 4* hotel but the quality of the drainage system is something they should IMMEDIATELY fix because it totally ruined my experience!I contacted of course the management:”we don’t have another room for you”but the receptionist (not a maintenance person) came and manually fixed the drainage in one of the bathrooms.I was told the management would contact me for a compensation.NEVER HAPPENED!Stay away potential health hazard with the mold horrible service

Ett fint og moderne hotell. Ganske sentral beliggenheten. Synes senga var ganske hard. Vi var uheldige og hadde en vask som lakk vann.
