Really enjoyed staying here - solid breakfast, good AC and a fantastic sauna/shower.

I was disappointed with my stay. I was checked in by a cleaner - meaning I was not provided enough details for my stay such as breakfast time which I missed. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they speak very little English although it seemed that they were really trying. None of the spa services was were available during my stay. They also need to adjust their toilet seats especially for shorter people like me, my feet was basically hanging while sitting on the toilet.

I loved the hotel. The room had a balcony and was very large. The breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is also the site of a fish restaurant, massage and spa! The rooms are a little dated and mine didn't have air conditioning, but having said that the room was large and kept cool. I arrived a day late and the staff allowed me to switch without charge - many thanks m

Definitely not 4 star hotel. Staff barely speak english and did not give any kind of introductions where to get breakfast that was included to the price. Light in my room did not work fist and one of the staff have to come to fix them. Also, my bed was bit broken so it was not as pleasent to sleep. However, everyone were super kind and niceI That was really amazing and make everyhting better. To add, in monrning I couldn't find where was the restorurant so that I can hace breakfast but evetually when I found where to get breakfast, it was good. I recomend this place if you just need some place to sleep and you don't really care about anything else.

First of all the staff. I have been traveling many many places and I have never ever meet so nice staff in my life. The owner, cafe and reception staff. Top class! The massage and spa was amazing and the location is perfect. Large rooms with good showers Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Spacious room with balcony. Breakfast is not a buffet. 15-20 min walk to centre (uphill on way back).

It was really a nice Hotel!

Not good service. They made me pay twice cuz they coulde finde my booking. When they saw it was there fault they tolde me the would give my money back, they never did. Bad service. Really bad service

a bit of an uphill slog from downtown (I was walking). friendly staff! adequate restaurant associated with the hotel. room was nice, but there was a strange knocking sound (machinery?) that persisted for hours. it woke me up a few times, but I was able to fall back asleep. Didn't inquire with staff about the nature of this noise. might have been something that was located just above my room (my room was at the end of hallway on second floor). Anyway, good experience overall.

Great friendly service! Big clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Good wifi and lots of English channels.
