I booked a 3 night stay through Expedia for a friend. The hotel was close to the airport in an industrial area without anything to do outside. Very noisy guests came in at 3 am waking up everyone. The whole atmosphere was terrible. Hate to give them a bad review. Hotel manager was nice and tried to make good offering to change the room but this was not going to help any. This is not a place you want to spend 3 nights in. Friend moved to another hotel the next day and I forfeited 2 nights pay. Since it was booked and prepaid through Expedia I did not get a refund. Not recommended.

Great staff. Very friendly

It is by the airport so you hear planes overhead that sound like an explosion. Customer service was non existent, with an interrogation upon arrival. Breakfast was an over cooked omelet and salami. We had been staying in hotels up until this night and will not be staying at a pensiune anytime soon.

Tuvimos que pagar 2 veces por el alojamiento por un problema en las fechas, no fueron capaces de devolvernos el dinero sabiendo que fue una equivocación.

The room was absolutely huge but heating was insufficient and the shower drain wasn't good. Breakfast was good. The common areas smelled like an ashtray....

Recomand doar pentru locație. Aproape de aeroport. In camera a mirosit a țigări îngrozitor, pe hol la fel. In rest acceptabil.

Nous sommes restés au Pensiunea pour 1 nuit d'escale. Le service a été exceptionnelle nous sommes venu nous chercher tard et nous enmener tot a l'aeroport. Merci a la gerante. Chambre tres confortable

Un grand remerciement au patron qui a bien voulu nous recevoir avant l’heure du Check in . La réceptionniste très à l’écoute et serviable elle c’est occupée de ma réservation de taxi pour l’aéroport . Emplacement de l’hôtel à 2kms de l’aéroport pratique lors d’une escale.Je reviendrai sans aucun doute au même hôtel pour mon prochain passage à Cluj.

Very clean. Hot hot showers with good water pressure. Friendly staff placed our phone order at a local restaurant since we don't speak Romanian. The restaurant delivered promptly. Ample, secure parking.

I got there and they didn’t have a person at the check in; I had to wait 30 min for the owner to be back from his dentist appointment...
