Terrible house keeping . Every room is sprayed with a coffee like fragrance , a soup is served in a coffee mug .- to keep it warm !!!!rooms are damp and musky

Liked the stay, breakfast and staff

It was not soo got. The service was very slow and delayedand also there was disturbance in the room from noise in another room through common gate in room

Excellent facilities. the staff was excellent - always asking what we needed. the Restaurant on site has an excellent buffet.

The staff is humble but they need lot of training, the manager did tried to make it up for the issues we faced but it again popped up the next day, will not use this hotel and service provider in future

In room dining is a disaster. Stayed three nights. They always messed up the order. Food taste is also bad, for a 5 star hotel.

I have booked Radisson, but was moved to other hotel... which is “Park inn by Radisson”... Acceptable, due to covid situation. But in the first place they should not open booking for Radisson at the first place... Expedia should confirm this with the service provider... Here I have given feedback for “park inn by Radisson” not for “Radisson”

The hotel took most precautions in view of COVID 19. Breakfast wasn’t included in room rate though it was mentioned at time of booking. Breakfast service was pretty slow even though there weren’t many tables occupied.

It was great! The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was exceptionally clean and safe.

Radisson Gwalior is a wonderful place to stay at .. central location and a good Staff.. The rooms are good and spacious the food too ( non veg) good and nicely done.. Overall Thanks to Mr Anurag Sharma for his care.
