This property was a little out of the way, but still only about a 10 minute walk from transportation options in Kyoto. The size of the room was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. Short walk from Nijo Castle.

This was a big surprise for us. The staff here was very kind, the room was much better than we had dared hope for. A small neat hotel with nice space and facilities. We are very happy that we chose to stay with you. Thank you for taking good care of us and giving us a 5-star experience. You were very kind and helpful.

Fairly new hotel with spacious rooms in a very quiet residential area yet close to Nijo Castle. Bus stops and a metro station were within easy walking distance. There are also a grocery store, a 7/11 and a bakery nearby so we bought everything for breakfast there. There is a small fridge in the room which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kyoto Kamanza Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It's in a really convenient location—close to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport. There's even Nijo castle in walking distance, which is a nice bonus. It’s a cozy, boutique-style hotel that’s perfect if you want a quiet, comfortable spot while exploring Kyoto.

漆塗りの家具を設え、日本らしさを感じられる室数の限られた静かなプチホテルです。なので、運営も少ない人数でされていらっしゃるので、お部屋に備品（寝巻）が置き忘れていたり、チェックアウトもお部屋キーカードを箱に入れるだけでフロントに誰もいなくて少し不安になりました

予約時点で畳のある部屋だと思って予約したが、案内された部屋には畳がなかった。予約ページの部屋写真はその部屋の写真に絞って欲しい。部屋の設備として、エアコン、風呂、部屋の至る所にゴミが落ちていたりホコリが大量に残っていた。風呂の衛生面に懸念が残るほどの汚さで、子連れだったが慎重に利用することが求められた。

とても落ち着いて清潔でした。 過剰な事もなくゆっくり過ごせました。 次回も是非利用させていただきたく思います。 ありがとうございました

Very spacious and luxurious shower, bathroom. Loved the room and location in quiet neighborhood

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De kamer was keurig, doch stoffig op onderstel van de tafel en op tafel bij waterkoker. Keurig personeel en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: Er is een rokers kamer op de begane grond aanwezig. Deze deur zat vlak bij onze kamer en als iemand daar net gerookt had, hing de geur in de hal voor onze deur. Bij binnenkomst roken we de nicotine geur regelmatig. Zeker niet prettig als astma patiënt. En meeroken voor kind.
