Welcoming lobby and beautiful patio

Clean, but cheap construction. Very loud ac unit made sleeping impossible.

Check-in was slow, but otherwise all was good.

Check-in was a nightmare. The person at the desk could not handle that we booked a group through Hotels.com. Basically freaked out and had to leave. Another person took over. Process took almost an hour.

The staff at fhk

Very comfy bed and quiet room. No noise from above, below or sides. Nice to have good, free coffee in the reception area every morning.

Nothing bad, but it wasn’t exceptional. Had to laugh at the water in the room that was $3 a bottle unless you’re an honors member. Shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. But overall satisfactory

The 1- star rating was for you,,.They didn't have your reservation in their system & they were boooked full so we had to spend 2 hours trying to find another room!. I want my money refundedd!!!

Property is clean and spacious with good ammenties

It is a totally beautiful property- the presentation is 5 star. Inside the lobby was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was large and spacious. Very clean and modern, convenient walkin shower, and large tv. The only thing i was not satisfued with was the mattress on the bed- hard and not very comfortable- it could definitely use a pillow top addition. That's why 4 star review.
