Todella viihtyisä, uudet tilat, kaunis sisustus, hyvä aamiainen. Hidas hissi. Kylpyhuoneessa heikko valaistus.

Erittäin mukava hotelli, hyvät sängyt ja rauhallinen huone ylimmässä kerroksessa. Miinuksena aamiainen, sisällöltään hyvä mutta 4/5 aamuna aamiainen ei ollut valmis kuten oli sovittu eli kello 7.00 vaan silloin joku saattoi vasta alkaa sitä kattamaan. Tämä vaikeuttaa työmatkustamista kun et halua lähteä työpäivään tyhjällä vatsalla.

The bed was exceptionally good! Breakfast was good and served in a beautiful dining room.

Delightful small hotel. Air-conditioned room was definitely a plus. Would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Was a little surprised that the bar closed as early as 10.00pm on a Saturday night (there were plenty other options for a drink nearby). Was particularly impressed with the breakfast. The pancakes were excellent and I have never had the option of ice cream with pancakes for breakfast before. Highly recommended.

Kaunis, siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Olimme toisen pariskunnan kanssa varanneet huoneet. Heillä oli iso huone, 180 cm leveä sänky, meillä mikro pieni huone jossa maks 140 cm sänky. Ravitola oli suljettu mutta lähellä oli todella kivat ravintolat.

Beautifully designed, welcoming staff and a great location for exploring the old town

Viljandi is a very small town. The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The room is comfortable with lots of space. I was disappointed that they wanted to charge 50 euros to check in before 3 pm although rooms were available when we arrived at 1:30.

Excellent hotel with a perfect view of the Water Tower.

In der Hauptsaison 3. Juniwoche, erwartet man, dass das Hotelrestaurant funktioniert. Aber Fehlanzeige. Bis auf eine Hinterhof Kaschemme waren das Hotelrestaurants und alle anderen Restaurants geschlossen. Schade. Nicht gut für Tourismus!
