Satu perkataan yang saya ingin katakan... Bagus...

The hotel's location is conveniently close to Shin Osaka station, yet it is situated in a surprisingly quiet area amidst residential and office buildings which provided a peaceful retreat. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The room quality was also commendable and met all my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Additionally, the availability of an onsen was a delightful amenity that enhanced my stay further. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Best thing about this hotel is the Japanese style breakfast though the dinning area is quite small. Had two days of unpleasant dining experience cause there was a super big group of noisy Indians who cough into the food and grab food by hand, very unhygienic and disgusting. The tour leader should educate them on the Japanese dinning etiquette and basic courtesy and perhaps ask them to come down in batches to dine cause the dinning area can't hold so many diners and they shifted my stuff aside and wanted to take my seat. Location is very far from the station, took the biggest room so it's spacious for the two of us, at least can open 2 big luggages fully. Hotel staff is not so friendly as compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. Stay here if you don't mind the long walk.

Tetap menyenangkan, bilik agak

hotel ini tidak begitu besar. tetapi betul ... ada 1 bilik untuk 3 juga. bersihkan nafas yang selesa. berhampiran dengan shin-osaka sta. selagi anda tahu keluar mencari jalan keluar 4. kakitangan juga boleh berbahasa Inggeris rata-rata. perkhidmatannya ok .. onsen juga lazat.

Sangat mudah berjalan kaki dari stesen shin osaka, hotel baru dibuka, bilik itu begitu besar, onsen juga hebat, tandas sangat mengagumkan. Sangat disyorkan. Mereka juga menawarkan soba percuma untuk makan malam, ia sangat bagus
