Beautiful historic hotel with friendly staff and very clean!

Staff was amazing

We were there for only one night for a dance competition and the stay was excellent! Beautiful room, spacious, and employees were all kind and welcoming.

Great value for a downtown location. Exceeded expectations.

When I arrived I was given keys to a room that was not cleaned. I returned to the lobby and was told that they would go inspect the next room they would be moving me to. 25 minutes later the worker never returned. I opted to change hotels.

We were there for the pro bowl riders show in February 2025. The entire staff from registration to restaurant to maid service to valet service was outstanding. The hotel was clean and a very nice experience. The hotel is centrally, located downtown within walking distance of various points of interest. And everywhere we went in Youngstown we were greeted with friendly faces. Bravo.

We love how clean the property is and it's location to restaurants and the highway.

Great secure location, comfortable beds and pillows. Our floor was very quiet. I do wish our room had a bathtub, but not a big deal. Parking was an extra fee, but expected for a downtown hotel. The weather was bad the weekend we stayed and it seemed like the crew was really trying to keep walkways clear.

Great location and beautiful hotel !

Was pretty disappointed with this stay. Checkin was terrible, the woman at the front desk was very unhelpful. Tried to connect to the internet, said my room wasn’t correct. Called the front desk, they sent up 3 people to my room to assist. They had to log in with their own information, as mine wouldn’t work. Went down to get toothpaste because I forgot mine and they gave us a used toothpaste container. When checking out, we needed information on how to get out of the hotel parking area and they said we were never even checked in (internet problem solved). Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and amazing views but the customer service was terrible.

We stayed here overnight during our long drive home for the holidays. It is a gorgeous hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful, helpful staff! The restaurant was beautifully decorated with delicious food and great service. Parking is easy - the lot is literally next door to the hotel. This property is a real gem and I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The hotel was stunning. Very clean and staff was beyond polite. There was a lot of construction going on and the area around doesn't have a lot. Overall the hotel itself was wonderful.

Beds and pillows so comfortable. Big room with good facilities. Close to YSU.
