The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The onĺy complaint was the kitchen cupboard doors linings were hanging, not a good look, other that a good experience

I will most definitely come back for another stay when I return.

Check in and check out was smooth as long as you bring the necessary documents which was sent by the owner. The documents includes the necessary instructions for check in/out and use of the appliances. A jaw dropping upon entering the unit and the balcony! It is unworthy to leave this unit unclean! I will surely stay here when I am back in manila!

Very nice, well appointed 39th floor condo with a fantastic view of Manila Bay. Comfortable, hot water limited to CR shower, but demand heater functioned beautifully. Well cared for, fully equipped with kitchen appliances and equipment. Washer. Never could master the tv! Great WiFi and plenty of outlets for charging. On-premises coffeeshop/restaurant was quite good and 24/7 convenience mart is well stocked. Quite compact, but the view could not be beat! Owner very involved and helpful and communicated with me in English.

It's a good small family type apartment with a perfect view. There are also a cafe and a convenience store on the ground floor. If I go to Philippine again, I want to stay there.
