The reviews and photos of this property made us feel it would be an excellent choice, but unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The bar area is nice, but the rooms are small and while we close this hotel for the sea views, the views are part of a more industrial area and there were birds everywhere. We also thought it was beach front, but the ocean is across the roadway. The room condition was a bit rough, and despite having two people in the room, they continued to give only one towel despite our requests to bring additional towels. They were quick to provide us with any requests. I did love that there was a Carrefour around the corner and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s not the prettiest area.

Petit déjeuner et restaurant de bonne qualite même si quelques fois le buffet est moins achalandé. Le gros défaut de cet hôtel est l’état des chambres, elles se délabrent, pas ou peu d’entretien. Mobilier vieillissant

Disappointing Stay at Novotel Mohammedia While Novotel Mohammedia boasts a great location near the park and the beach, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that my prepaid room had been given away due to my late check-in, caused by a delayed flight. The check-in process took over 3 hours. Initially, a trainee at the reception attempted to assist but admitted she lacked the knowledge to resolve the issue. Another staff member, without even reviewing my booking, bluntly stated there were no rooms available. I was further told that it was my fault for not informing the hotel about my late arrival, even though I had tried contacting them earlier for an airport pickup — a request that was completely ignored. Reception and Service Issues: The service throughout my stay was disappointing. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times over 40 minutes, no one picked up. When I approached the reception for assistance, they redirected my call back to the unresponsive restaurant. After several requests, the reception staff kindly took my order, but the food was never delivered. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Room Conditions: The rooms, while clean with comfortable beds, show signs of age. Hotel nicely located. The quality of the rooms’equipment should be improved ( light and shower in the badroom). Service in general should improve. The hotel’s personnel is very friendly and polite.

Malheureusement l’état de cet hôtel et de Mohammedia (le parc) se degrade. La coupe du monde prévu en 2025 fera peut-être bouger les choses. Une ligne TGV est en construction et de nombreuses travaux semblent déjà en route. À suivre

Le Check-in et Check-out qui durent 60 minutes est tout simplement inadmissible, vous arrivez épuisé, et vous devez encore patienter tout ce temps; je n’ai jamais vu cela de ma vie. L’état des chambres nécessite un coup de rénovation… l’odeur d’humidité est très désagréable ! Les hôtels Novotel ne sont plus du tout ce qu’ils étaient.

Tres moyen. Chambre pas aeree malodorante . Fuite chasse d eau donc bruit toute la nuit. Moquette usee trouee. Mauvaise isolation sonore et wifi faible . J avais reserve vue mer jai eu vue parking..hotesse lente et peu aimable .....je n y retournerai pas .

Excellent accueil de Mme Asmaa par contre serviettes déchirés dans la chambre 705 sèche cheveux ne marche pas la Clim aussi la toilette n est pas bien posé !! Le matin j ai demander des serviettes pour la piscine au spa malheureusement il n y a personne !!Petit déjeuner à améliorer

von einem Novotel hätten wir uns definitiv einen besseren Service erwünscht. das Personal sprach fast kein Englisch, das Reinigungspersonal betrat das Zimmer trotz des „Bitte nicht stören“-Schildes jeden Tag. wir hatten zudem Haare im Frühstücksbuffet. alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt mühsam und wenig erfreulich. schade.
