beautiful hotel with wonderful views from the bar on the 23rd floor. Staff in the bar were lovely. They served what looked like a wonderful afternoon tea which I saw two different groups of ladies clearly enjoying. The only thing I was disappointed about is the reception area been unstaffed at check-in and check-out. Concierge helped on both occassions.

We had booked a luxury twin room. The room was spacious with good, comfortable beds. It lacked amenities which I would have expected in a 4-star luxury room, such as a fridge, a better stocked tea/coffee tray. Staff were pleasant, but the service in the 1st floor bar was not good, understaffed, and very slow.

Poor facilities. No fridge in room. No parking. Shower was broken. Issue with drainage in sink. Not worth the money and doesn’t give 5* quality.

Got married in belfast city hall and the team in the grand central couldnt have made the day any better. Sadly i did not get his name of the concierge on today but he was great with our car. Rebecca on reception was amazing getting our room ready, remembered us the next morning. Sean in the observatory just the nicest and genuine fella. And Ciaran who sorted out our booking. Thank you all so much we are sooo very greatful.

Stay was standard. Nothing special fir a 5 star hotel.

Room ok , no mini fridge , water beside bed warm, hair in bath , corner room not much of a view looking out onto office buildings

We had a wonderful stay. Belfast was absolutely buzzing with excitement for St. Patrick’s day which made for a great couple of days but the cherry on the cake was the hotel. A beautiful and comfortable room, lovely bars and restaurants and right in the heart of the city… Every member of staff we came across were wonderful quality people, helpful and cheery and very customer focused. We have stayed at the Grand Central before and we will definitely be staying there again.

Check in was really slow and no heat in room didn’t get checked in until 17.45! Room very comfortable. Would stay again but expect to get checked in earlier

Great staff and service. The shower area needed a little attention to detail concerning cleanliness. I enjoyed my stay, and look forward to the next stay
