The hotel is very conveniently located near the Metro, which is only a few stops to the center of the city.

Every single member of staff were so nice and helpful. Thank you all Rooms large and very clean A 20 minute walk to the centre but plenty to see on route And a special thanks to the smoking turtle xxxx

We had a lovely stay the staff were friendly and very attentive.only 25 min walk from the main centre attractions. We would highly recommend! Value for money!!!

広く清潔感のあるお部屋でした。スリッパを持参すると良いかもしれません。フロントは24時間ではないので、部屋とホテルのエントランスの2つの鍵を渡されます。朝食は事前にリクエストをすると用意してもらえます。地下鉄は、Konstantine velitchkov駅です。

Very very friendly staff. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

I had an amazing time here. Emma, the manager, was warm and welcoming. she helped me called the local bank to report the ATM that took my debit card, call the tour to Rila monastery to figure out logistics for me. I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the city. Thank you again for the wonderful service and location. The hotel is next to a local small farmer market, easy to go to the center via subway and tram. Higy recommend.
