There are no lights in the corridors which allow one to see the door entry codes and to gain access. The safe in the room was not working and it took over 24 hours to get a solution after reporting it. At almost 7:00 AM, on the July 4, I came into the eating space (cannot be termed a “restaurant”, because it is actually a feeding station for workers in the area), no primarily conceived to serve guests but the workers who congregate at set times to eat. The breakfast offered to guests therefore are left overs. I didn’t occur to me that I was interrupting their breakfast and the kitchen staff proceeded to mutter their dismissals in Spanish. Unfortunately, I do not know Spanish fluently however I understand enough Spanish because I have an adult son who is fluent in Spanish. The kitchen staff directed rude comments towards me. I had to leave the space to look for breakfast outside the hotel even though I paid for breakfast at the hotel through out my stay. At the time of writing this, it has been more than 24 hours since we were told on July 5, that there was no internet supply at the hotel. Furthermore before going to sleep last night, I asked the hotel receptionist to recommend an alternative solution for internet access and after checking back two hours later, I was told that there were no solutions. And finally, this morning, July 6, as the kitchen lady served me, she with the unwashed hands she was using to separate frozen pork. Here is the plate of food.

Hotel simples, porém muito confortável. Café da manhã bom. Tivemos um probleminha com a limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia, mas que foi prontamente resolvido assim que comunicamos a gerência. Voltaria com certeza, ótimo custo beneficio! Recomendo à todos!

Hospedagem super confortável, hotel bem decorado, e com limpeza impecável.O chuveiro tem agua quente e o local condiz com as fotos.Os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos. em especial a Sra Mariluz e o Jorges que nos recepcionaram com muito carinho. O hotel tem uma localização ótima,está bem próximo a supermercados,lojas,restaurantes e a praia principal. Uma ótima opção de hospedagem! Recomendamos e voltaremos com certeza!

Excelente localização e simpatia da equipe. Mas tem um café da manhã simples e ao contrário do que divulgam, ninguém fala inglês.

Awesome Staff , cleaning service excellent, alot of hot water, close to everything

Fomos muito bem recebidos, todos atendentes sempre muitos prestativos qto a isso nora 10. O quarto tbm com cama muito confortável, porém o chuveiro variava muito a temperatura. Somente uma atenção quanto ao café da manhã, poucas opções e praticamente nada saudável, poderia melhor nessa questão mas acredito que seja da região pois amigos que ficaram em outros hotéis tbm comentou sobre café da manhã. Mas no geral muito bom e voltaria com toda certeza.

Muito confortável, localização excelente, muito perto de tudo, praia, restaurantes, comércio. Um cuidado incrível com a limpeza do quarto que era feita todos os dias. Atendentes muito educados e solícitos. Se eu retornar na ilha, com certeza será novamente a minha escolha.

Gostei muito do hotel , bem localizado, perto de tudo a única coisa que melhoraria mas não me impediria de voltar a ficar neste hotel e a calçada íngreme , tenho um problema na perna e uso moleta dificultando o acesso à calçada

Excellent service from the staff to the property. It is a nice hotel and it is a walking distance from the beach.

Pontos negativos: Café da manhã pouquíssimas opções para comer. Wi fi ruim e fica caindo direto. Quarto com cheiro de mofo Ar condicionado mal posicionado, só tinha opção do vento vir em cima da cama. Pontos positivos: Chuveiro bom e água quente de verdade. Localização no centro, próximo do comércio e da praia. Tem elevador.

The staff here is so attentive and go above and beyond for guest. The location is prime for access to main beach and activities. The room was good size and cleaners do a great job. However, the bathroom was horrible- needs updating. The toilet did not flush properly and I couldn't take a shower without my hair and the outside getting wet. Best Staff! Great location!

Recientemente me alojé en este hotel y, desafortunadamente, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Al entrar en la habitación, noté un olor a humedad que persistió durante toda mi estancia, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. El baño también tenía algunas manchas oscuras, lo que no me dio una gran impresión de limpieza. Además, las almohadas y las sábanas no se sentían frescas, y vi algunas manchas en ellas, olían a viejo y estaban húmedas lo que me causó acné en una parte de mi rostro donde nunca había experimentado acné. Sin embargo, la distancia a la playa era ideal, lo que aprecié: era un paseo corto y muy conveniente. En una nota positiva, el proceso de registro fue fluido y eficiente, lo que marcó un buen tono para el comienzo de mi estadía. Desafortunadamente, no puedo decir lo mismo sobre el estado general de la habitación. Si bien la ubicación era decente, esperaría mejoras en la limpieza y el mantenimiento antes de considerar regresar.

It was very handy to the beach, restaurants, shopping,vehicle rentals. The property is older,but well kept.. the staff clearly took pride in it. Unfortunately the neighbors on one side don't have that same pride.Hot water all day long! Beach towels ready to go at the front desk.. we really appreciated Camillo!

Limited hot water! Bad breakfast! Horrible coffee!!! No table in the rooms! This hotel charges almost $100 per night but not worth more than $45 per night , compared to other hotel with restaurants and much much better food and better facilities! People consider other hotels before booking this one! I won’t recommend this hotel ! Way to expensive for the low service!

Great location, and excellent staff It was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the airport and I felt safe even though it was nighttime. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, and seemed to be at the edge of all the main city attractions, but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. The room was essentially what I expected, but the window went to the hallway so it might as well have not had a window at all (standard room option)

The hotel was great. Although, I didn’t like the fact the hotels doesn’t have HOT Water when showering!

Hotel tranquilo, localização maravilhosa, café da manhã mto bom! Iria novamente, vale a pena!
