Bathroom was dirty and towels stains, old. Breakfasts was best

Decent hotel, comfortable mattress and nice breakfast.

On the first day of my stay, I found that the bath towels and towels were not clean enough, which made me feel bad about my overall stay. However, the staff was very good and helped me and you to change the bath towels and towels in time.

Very friendly and supportive staff, importantly the parking is plenty.

I wish they had an outdoor sitting area to meet with friends or business associates. Hot tub was bricked over. They just didn't really have any amenities

Rudy their manager does everyone, vacuums, tends to hotel guest, the staff was friendly and offered suggestions on places to have dinners and giving direction just an overall great experience, I will go back to this property when I visit Plano Tx again - Thank You

Perfect location for a stay in the Plano area with a nice breakfast.

It would have been nice if both elevators were working, but otherwise it was a good stay.
