Personale molto cortese e rapido nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Hotel molto pulito ma patmosfera troppo asettica e fredda

The hotel is new, facilities are excellent and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The ambience is so relaxing and they have the best Tom Yum soup that I have ever tasted (I have tasted a lot before this one!). The free breakfast is complete and filling, with a nice view. The only downside to this almost perfect hotel is its distance from the city center.
