Tres bon hotel et pas loin de la plage

Nice hotel by the beach promenade, with private section on the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. At least we prefer this zone more than the beaches closer to Durres town - the beach is bit wider at this part and there is also a selection of good restaurants close by. Room seemed recently renovated and had a modern feel to it. Partial sea view from the balcony - though the busy main road on the other side brings noise in, if keeping the door open (all the buildings in the zone face this same problem though). Breakfast buffet had decent selection. Would be happy to stay here again when visiting Durres next time.

Right by the beach. Quiet room.

The waiters in the restaurant were trying to scam us, overpricing us alot ( an exsample - we paid 10€ for two icecreams for our kids ). The room was full of sand upon arrival, and alot of dust under the bed as well. The receptionist are friendly yes but they do not know service, they come across a bit rude and not so helpful, they never greet you and it looks like you are bothering them when you go to the reception. You can’t even bring food up to your room which was very weird for us, we weren’t allowed to sit outside and eat breakfast on the Balkony, you can only drink coffee there even tho the balcony is a part of the restaurant? I wouldn’t reccommend at all, we travel alot and we appriciate good and proper service, this was a total downgrade for us and not how they portrait it online.

Breakfast is very good and the beach is a two-minute walk. There are many restaurants and small markets nearby.

Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved. One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in. Although there was a "do not disturb" and "clean up" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem. Reception was always very helpful and restaurant staff were AMAZING! They couldn't have done more for us, always checking if everything was OK, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Food was divine!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. From check in to check out experience is excellent. Everyone is so warm, helpful and accommodating. From the receptionists especially Greece who is always very helpful, to the restaurant staff like Toci who is very accommodating during breakfast buffet the housekeeping ladies including the night security. They are all an asset to this hotel in keeping the highest standard. The hotel location is very convenient with everything. We will definitely coming back into this hotel. You guys were all amazing. Hôtel impeccable, chambre superbe le tout dans une propriété, rien à dire sauf que niveau plage privé mérité de l’entretien

Gesitueerd naast een drukke weg, daarmee wat overlast. Parkeren is lastig, weinig plekken en niet geschikt voor grote auto's. Behulpzaam personeel die zelfs ontbijt-to-go regelt bij uitchecken voor de ochtend. Vlak aan het strand, nog geen bedjes vanwege het laag-seizoen. Gelegen aan een lange boulevard met veel hotels en horeca.

Very modern hotel which has been renovated recently. It’s in a quiet part in between Golem and durress. The address on Expedia is incorrect and took us to about 5km away from the actual hotel. There are nice restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. Beach is also good. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff are friendly. We had a room facing the busy road which was awful. Beeping cars through the night and barking dogs. I would recommend getting a sea facing room. Great value for money
