This property is non responsive to the website and being very cold about basically scamming me I was never able to check into this sketchy ghost town of a villa and lost my money I got here 10pm no one able to check me in and the booking is non refundable and will not do anything to compensate I’m soooooo extremely upset !!!

The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon. Except that this was one newer but broken the legs couldn’t even hold up…. Overall this was a very poor experience. I don’t want to discredit the guy that helping us. Thank you. But the property literally needs some love.

Clean room and beautiful grounds, no amenities on site.. food/ice/drinks No one really around, nice to decompress

The property is lovely, customer service about a 4.7 ... generally responsive but not always accessible. Definitely off the beaten road. During rainy season lots of pot holes and puddles and NOT not close restaurants and/or stores

Lovely vineyard on site

La habitación muy bonita y con mucho espacio, la persona que nos recibió súper amable y pendiente, de verdad nos hizo sentir mega acogidos siempre preocupado por tener lo mejor de la instalaciones para nosotros. La alberca muy a gusto y muy tranquilo en general. El único pero el colchón un poco ya viejo.

Las vista en general y las cabañas están muy cómodas, el lugar está accesible y en general la pasas muy agusto.

No restaurants and no transportation nearby

We left our room to go have dinner. When we got back our bedroom was clean and done. Which I appreciate but completely shocked me since I didn’t request room service. But than again we are in Mexico room service a little different
