It was okay spending two nights at the hotel. Wonderful breakfast, great customer service, but there was so much noise on the first night and couldn’t sleep.

Breakfast was fantastic and included in the price which is a real win. Fantastic staff, comfy bed, bit dated but it was a good stay and the Gurkha restaurant nearby was a great recommendation.

Room was boiling and bathroom was tiny couldn’t put a fan on my side of room no plug sockets said front door would be locked at 12pm and to ring door bell got back at 11.15 door locked and took 20 min to get in no bar open breakfast was gorgeous like bed was comfy

The location of the hotel was ideal for my needs and parking easy. The staff at front desk and in the breakfast area were extremely supportive , courteous and helpful. Breakfast was coooked individually to an order and was excellent quality. Bedroom quite spacious and bathroom very clean. Some minor decor update needed but extremely good value for the quality.

The Hotel is really dated i.e. Yale key lock and big fob. We had a superior double but hard to see what was superior about it. One room and a separate bathroom with a door that didn't close properly and had no lock. The bathroom was really small with a shower over the bath. They do give you a paper bath mat to stop you slipping in the bath. The tea and coffee tray and kettle was in the wardrobe! But when you took it out there was nowhere to put it! So had to boil the kettle on the floor! The double bed was small and hard. The breakfast was OK with full English or continental choices, tea, coffee and juices. Having said all that we only paid £59 for one nights B&B for both of us so can't really complain. There's a nice pub up the road, a Couple of restaurants and a mini market next door

The hotel itself is old and dated. But still comfortable for a one night stay. The person on the front desk was very polite and helpful.. Breakfast was very good. Not expensive and Value for money I would definitely stay again.

Well kept and spotlessly clean property with off road parking, good location for the exhibition centre and airport. Lovely pub with a huge garden just up the road, 3 minutes to walk

Great, cute little hotel with the nicest family managing. Felt happily welcomed back each night we returned. Only note is it’s not in the most convenient location for walking. Would/Will stay again

Unfortunately bathrooms are so narrow and bathtub so slippery, it’s unlikely we will ever return to the hotel.

Shower water pressure was so low.

Ideally positioned for the reason of my visit with a bonus of breakfast starting at 7.30 am on a Sunday.

Good value and fair price for what you get. Everything clean enough including room, bathroom and bedding

Location good for were I needed to be but a bit isolated for eating options. Only Indian or Nepalese restaurants within walking distance. The Swan across the road is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

Gopi was very helpful and he made our stay lovely

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and near to a wonderful Nepalese restaurant.

Friendly staff

As a traditional style, family run hotel you get what you pay for. Positives : great friendly staff team, good breakfast, free parking, clean room, good heating, right by Farnborough airport, excellent value relative to other local options, places to eat in evening within a 2 minute walk. Less good: room was starting to look a bit battered both furniture and walls (and not quite the boutique hotel impression from the room photos), nowhere to plug in mobile near bed, very narrow bathroom, getting shower to correct temp required the same sense of balance as tightrope walking, breakfast room carpet needs ripping up asap and replace with hard flooring (NB: if running a bath don't put hot water in first, you cant reach the taps past the shower screen with being in the bath and the hot water is scalding temperature). Overall, ideal for a short business stay or as an overnight stop and would certainly revisit, you are getting great value for the price you are paying.
