The whole experience in the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The free access to the spa was a welcome bonus as well

Really lovely looking hotel, staff were helpful and friendly and the spa was a nice add on. Rooms were big and clean, I had to give it 5 stars when considering the price.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The night time guy had a great sense of humour. Beautiful rooms with lots of character and clean. The spa was small but just right really with a good temperature jacuzzi and even though we checked out at 11am we were still allowed to use the spa that day. Whole hotel didn’t disappoint. It’s a 10min Bolt ride to main square and only around £5.

You could heard noise from other rooms. The spa was very little but nice. The hotel did not have a pillow selection as promised.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the small seating area and additional space to hang our clothes. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was sublime after long days exploring Budapest. Nice touch with daily suggestions for exploring Budapest during turndown service each night. Location was conveniently located with short walks to public transportation. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Couldn’t fault our stay in anyway. Rooms were clean, well appointed and fun! Spa facilities were lovely, restaurant was stunning and breakfast was fantastic, highly recommended.

We had an outstanding stay at this Budapest hotel. The experience began with the friendly and welcoming staff and continued with the hotel's commitment to cleanliness—it was spotless. Our rooms were notably spacious and offered a very comfortable retreat. For vegetarians, the breakfast was more than adequate. A helpful tip for future guests: we found taking taxis to be very convenient and a time-saver compared to waiting for public transit, making it a worthwhile expense. We look forward to booking here again on our next trip to the city!

The hotel was exceptional. Off beat decor, staff friendly, good bar area and a nice sauna, steam room and pool. Location good for the city, either walking or jumping on the bus that leaves outside the hotel. Totally would recommend the hotel…

Loved my stay! Although the first room that was given to me was too dark, they did however upgraded me to a better room on a much higher floor and that made a whole world of difference:) Most staff were very friendly and young.
