Good room, breakfast, and hospitality.

Everything was good

They were not able to find my reservations. This happened last year on Dec 2024.

Courteous and accommodating staff

Great service from check in to check out. particularly grateful to the bell person who helped me navigate a ride to the airport using Uber since a hotel car was not available. Not exactly sure why it was so complicated to arrange a transfer to the hotel and then again from, but glad for the help when it was needed. Thank you!

Close to airport

Everything is as expected from a hotel with the Radisson name. 3 stars because the dinner i had from the hotel made me vomit the next morning and i am sure its the hotel food because i hadnt eaten anything else the whole day.

ALCOHOL FREE HOTEL This is a alacahol free hotel which you are not told at booking or it’s lost somewhere in small print.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive yo my needs

All staff was awesome , Abdul our housekeeper you rock. Banquet staff was great They even cut a cake for us

Decent hotel with good service. Only issue was expedia stated a 30 percent discount on F&B that did not show in the hotel booking system hence one room service charge was paid without the discount. Front desk fixed the booking when I approached them in person. Breakfast was very good with a great spread and attentive staff that really cared about imparting good service.
