Friendly , efficient check in & clean, comfortable room close to town amenities.

Great location in town but quite - hosts lovely- tidy roomy unit

One night stopover. Clean, comfortable & easy access to shops for food. Can't fault it.

was disappointed to see the previous customers boots still behind the front door when I closed it but overall the room was nice and clean. Will stay there again

The room was nicely appointed and clean but thin walls made our stay here somewhat noisy.

The only negatives were an old worn mattress which was uncomfortable. And bare minimum cooking facilities, also cooking did not seem tobe encouraged.

Was larger than I expected and looked like it had been refurbished in the not too distant past . Fridge showing it's age but was clean and functional.

Kaimai View is located on the main road through KatiKati therefore easy to find. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived (with my dog). The room was spacious with well stocked kitchen as with the bathroom. Good shower but aging. The owner and staff made my visit fantastic, I found gems in the town e.g. the Haiku park (wonderful), the closeness to Waihe Beach and town. A truly enjoyable four day stay.

Loved everything about it except people in next door unit were coming and going with vehicles and chatting until 3am. Not sure what managers could do about that except have a sign somewhere that talks about consideration for other guests. We will definitely stay there again.
