The property is old and it’s visible in the rooms. The views from room are not great . The whole property layout is decent not wow. I have been to better properties. Food was good

Pool is not well maintained. Dining options are very limited. Service was super slow. It seems the restaurant is highly understaffed. In room service was was also not available. Overall it was an average experience. Definitely a lot of scope of improvement in room-service and dining facilities for the property.

Excellent food and stay at the resort. Beautiful location. Good roads. The entire Waynad is amazing - with an abundance of tropical vegetation. Very pricey - though.

Cleaniness, not good,, physical activities , gaming centers not upto mark, bed not comfortable

We loved this property. The staff are friendly and helpful although English is limited. Chef Riyas came to chat with us, offered to make us whatever we wished, and even made a birthday cake for my wife. Food was excellent. The massage therapists, Juni and Raji proved to be extraordinary practitioners - don’t leave here without having a massage. We also had the privilege of walking with the naturalist Soji on an early morning bird watching walk through the forest alongside the wildlife sanctuary. Ridwij, the dining room Manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the dining room, food availability, and made us feel welcome. If you are in the Sultan Bathery area, don’t miss Sterling Wayanad
