食事が美味しい

事前にナマモノが食べれないと伝えていたが 連携が取れていなかった。 しかし、貸切風呂が良かった。 スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が多く気持ちよく過ごせました。

清掃が行き届いている。食事もおいしい

部屋食でダイニングが別になっているのは良かった。食事も大変美味しく、内容も充実していた。 露天風呂に温度維持の為のカバーが掛かっていたのには幻滅した。全く風情が無かった。他が良かったのに、露天風呂のせいで再訪はないかなと思った。とても残念。

직원분들이 너무 친절하고 음식은 파라이빗 룸에서 식구끼리 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 꼭 가보시기 바랍니다.

館内はとても清潔で、落ち着いた和の雰囲気が心地よかったです。スタッフの方々も親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで丁寧に対応していただきました。

非常乾淨的飯店，全棟飯店都鋪上塌塌米，連電梯內也是。入內需要脫鞋，飯店服務人員會幫你收鞋子、或是幫你準備好鞋子。用餐的地方就在你房間門口對面，用餐氣氛極佳。24小時開放溫泉，有家庭風呂與露天風呂。鄰近田澤湖畔，落日很漂亮。

Excellent Japanes Onsen experience. Will come back next year.

田沢湖駅と旅館の間の無料送迎（要予約）があるので、たいへん助かりました。田沢湖まで徒歩1分です。食事はグループごとに個室で取ることができて、くつろげます。秋田名物を食べることができました。冬だったので寒くて、露天風呂は一瞬しか入れませんでしたが、温泉は広くてゆったりできました。

Beautiful inn and a beautiful location. Wonderful hospitality and the food was outstanding. Very special experience to stay here and enjoy the hot springs and comfortable room.

We booked our stay to experience a traditional Ryokan and are so glad we did! From the moment we entered the building, the staff made us feel welcome, were incredibly attentive and the picture of Japanese service standards, which are so much higher than what we are used to in Europe! We were incredibly impressed with the meals in general, but particularly the dinner was outstanding. Our waiter made the experience extra special and we loved the pride with which he explained the dishes to us as well as the food presentation. Dinner is served in a private dining room opposite the rooms. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We would highly recommend to book this place if you’re up for a truly Japanese experience. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The entire area around Lake Tazawa has seen better days. So has this property; it is a bit tired and in need of some love and attention. Having said that, the overall experience was very good, with great staff and exceptional dining.

部屋数が少なく大人の宿泊客が多い落ち着いた宿でした ホスピタリティがよく、気持ちよく滞在できます 食事も美味しく、専用のダイニングも快適でした 畳敷でスリッパなしで歩けるのもユニークです

Although it is far away from main cities, it is still easy to get access from Tokyo or Sendai from direct Shinkansen train. The location of the hotel is very nice. It is just a few steps away from the lake Tazawako. They served very yummy local cuisine too. Staff are all professional and helpful.

The deco was very pleasing to my eyes. The food and service were excellent.

料理、設え、接客、環境、全て良かったです。 強いて言うなら、きりたんぽ鍋は本場大館のように具は最小限(きりたんぽ、親鶏、せり、舞茸、白滝、長葱、ごぼう)にとどめて鶏の旨みを味わいたかったです。

４月中旬、角館のお花見を目的に、周辺のお宿を探していた中で、温泉もあり、部屋食だったこちらに２泊滞在しました。 一番は、朝晩のお食事が豊富で、大変美味しかったことです。 温かいお料理は（焼物、揚げ物、汁物等）直前に調理されるとのことで、その中でも春野菜の天ぷらがサクサクしていてとても美味しかったです。 また、お子様連れのご家族には、年齢等に合わせてお料理を出してくださるそうです。 昨今、ビュッフェスタイルのホテルや旅館が多い中、このお食事スタイルを変えないのは、料理長さんのこだわりのようです。お食事でのリピーターさんが多いとのこと、納得です。 部屋数も15部屋程なので、大浴場も早めに行ったら貸切状態でゆっくりできました。 家族風呂もあり、とても便利でした。 気になった点は、季節柄小さな虫が多く、男性用の露天風呂には虫が浮いていたようですが、まめに清掃はされているそうです。 スタッフの方々も皆さん親切で、80代の実父もとてもゆったり過ごすことができました。
