Rooms are old and tired, not as clean as I would expect. Decor seen better days

We like staff very good. Other services are good. The washroom was very bad and smelly.

Heating system don’t work at all. Room I was staying in was mouldy and smelly , worst thing was I told hotel management about it and they didn’t bother acknowledging my complaint. Really bad experience total money wasted.

hotel is very clean. food is bit hot, room service is good. staff is very polite and cooperate. I enjoyed in the hotel. service is very quick. I do not have any complain.

No pool or jacuzzi or 24 hour gym Also no hair drier in the room
