We got one of the new rooms, which was perfect. Clean, quiet (even though it was on the street side), bathroom was just perfect (even the water pressure was fine). Staff was more than friendly and happy to help us with all our problems. Breakfast was good, even though it didn't have any warm option. Definitely coming another time!

Awesome place to stay! It was very close attractions. The room and bathroom were small but adequate. Would recommend it to those that are planning to enjoy London. Good food options nearby too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful time here. Several different types of restaurants around the hotel. There is an excellent launderette on the same block if you need laundry done. Pretty close to Hyde Park. Not far from the subway and bus stops.

Hotel de tres bon rapport qualite prix pour Londres situe dans un endroit agreable et tranquille pres du parc et facilement accessible en transport. Tout le personnel est tres sympathique et cordial. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais confortables et dans notre cas tres silencieuses. Le petit dejeuner compte tenu du prix est tres correct.

I stayed 2 nights. My fault for not looking more closely at time of booking, but my rate jumped by over $105 dollars for my Tuesday night compared to fee for my Monday night. For the same room!!! Absolutely outrageous!! I spoke with some person via the hotels.com chat who gave me the usual blah blah blah nonsense about availability & demand. Why would the exact same room jump by $105 between a Monday and a Tuesday, in May?? The solution he offered was to cancel my booking & to be so nice as to not charge me for doing so! Obviously sleeping on the street wasn't an option so I was stuck with it. Absolutely outrageous. Staff were great, and helpful, but the hotel is extremely dated. No AC meaning our room was sweltering with it being just 23º outside. It wouldn't be possible to sleep there in the summer. No bathroom fan. Tub, shower head, sink & taps all very old (1980s). No mini-fridge. Mattresses seemed quite old. Location is great but there are also many other hotels in the area, I suggest shopping around for something newer that is better value for money. I would not stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel again.

Had a fantastic stay and hotel is close to tube line and parks to walk to lovely sights.

Rigtig god beliggenhed og dejligt kvarter tæt på Kensington Park. Masser af gode spisteder tæt på. Hotellet og værelset var pænt og rent men af ældre dato, men lyst og pænt. Gode senge. Personale var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad ok, ikke prangende. Helt almindelig med forskellige brød, ost, pålæg, æg, frugt, yoghurt og div. cornflakes og müsli. Eneste minus var at der var ret lydt, så når dørerne fra de andre værelser smækkede på gangen, kunne det lyde ret højt inde på værelset. Men vi brugte ørepropper og så gik det. Alt i alt var det en rigtig god oplevelse og kunne godt finde på at booke der igen. Rejste med min datter på 10 år, så det var perfekt at det kun tog 5 min at gå til Lancaster st. og 7 min til Paddington st. Så nemt.
