Very spacious, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The trundle bed couch design was excellent for two older children. Fitness center was well done with lots of options for a smaller hotel. Continental breakfast was good with lots of options though the powdered eggs and paté like sausage was meh.

Room was clean and comfortable, halls and the rest of the facility were also clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

It was super friendly and very nice. I loved every min there. Will be back soon. My kids had a blast

In town for a cheer competition and it was a great stay. Breakfast included and a pool. Late check out. Everything was great!

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel for our trip as it had an EV charging station on site. Our first long trip out in our EV car. Arrived and plugged in the car. Struggled with it to get it to charge. Asked in side and the receptionist just said it’s broken!!! No I’m sorry or anything! So time was now taken out of our trip looking for another charging station elsewhere. At least put a sign on the charger to say it is Out of order!!! Disappointing!

Broken elevator. No fresh fruit at breakfast other than bananas. Other than that, it was a good stay.

No hacen la habitación a diario. Hay que pedirlo en recepción. Y aún así a veces no la hacen. El desayuno es un aprobado raspado. El café viene genial si tienes estreñimiento. Por lo demás, que no es poco, esta bastante bien. Camas grandes y cómodas. Habitación amplia

The ceiling / floors are not well insulated. You can here people above you walking heavy.

We had two reservations. One of our guests arrived with his wife and children. The front desk could not find the reservation even though we clearly showed them the email with confirmation. They FORCED them to purchase another room.

The pool floor is so so so slippery. Had our little guy fall and slip so many times. Needs floor mat or different flooring. Wild that there wasn’t a bigger injury.

We had a first floor room by the lobby. There were several people drinking and being super loud in the lobby. I could hear them from our room at almost midnight before I finally fell sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for work and it’s always clean and the staff is great

The pool was unbelievably small with the most disrespectful kids. I will put it this way 10 kids in the pool made it feel extremely small. The staff was very un helpful and disrespectful. We called down to get a few more pillows plus a blanket. The lady at the front desk said ( you should already have what you need in your room housekeeping makes sure so i cant give you anything else). We cranked up the heat so my other daughter didnt freeze which made sleeping uncomfortable for everyone. Good luck on the tv situation as there is one tv to share between the pull out sofa area and the 2 queen beds. The position of the tv is in the worst possible spot. Last but not least be careful using the bathroom its a see through door. My daughter went to take a shower and we all ended up standing out in the hallway until she was done once we realized it was pretty much a see through door.
