Hervorragendes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, schöner Raumgestsltung und Sehr hutem Frühstück.

Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal und das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet trugen zu einem sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei.

Stort hotell med bra restaurang. Frukosten var bra även om den var lite dyr. Nära sevärdheter och trevligt läge nära floden. Lätt att ta sig dit med tunnelbana från järnvägsstationen.

Wie immer war es super. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in der Speicherstadt. Buche ich wieder.

No fridge, no extras, bad service, had to wait long before I got any help in the reception. But overall room was okay. Reminded me more of 3 star hotel. No parking included, a lot of struggle to get parking around the hotel. Not as holiday inn hotels in other countries

Top Hotel. Saubere Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Lage des Hotels außerordentlich gut, freundliches, gut geschultes Personal.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für einen Städtetrip.

Einfach alles super sauber ordentlich und besonders freundlich und wie ich finde die perfekte Lage in der HafenCity

Nice new hotel in a good location. But I was a little dismayed the the hotel does not have in room refrigerators. Nor do they have ice machines on the floors. In order to get something refrigerated you have to leave it with the front desk and they would put it in a refrigerator in their office. AND if you want Ice, you have to go to the front desk (again) and have them get you ice from the bar. While the staff was happy to accomodate, I found this to be inconvenient. If the staff was busy, you had to wait for them to check people in or out. Kind of stupid.

Wir haben ein Problem mit der Rechnung. Wir mussten das Hotelzimmer nochmals bezahlen obwohl wir dies bereits Hotels.com bezahlt haben. Können Sie dies bitte prüfen? Besten Dank Daniel Pandiani

Cerca de una estación de metro que hace fácil llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Muy buenas instalaciones, aunque poco accesible para caminar a los principales atractivos de Hamburgo. Esta en la zona universitaria.

Hotel ist sehr modern und hat eine top Lage. Frühstück mit 30€ pro Person viel zu überteuert. Parkmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke im Parkhaus.
