This property was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot. It was close to all the shopping you could want and so many choices of restaurants. We will be staying here every time I am in the area.

Spectacular staff

Great location close to many restaurants and shopping, very convenient. Very nice newly hotel.

The overall experience was amazing! The staff were great and personable. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely come back!!

Need improvement on the room service and customer service

The Hyatt Place/Wesley Chapel was very nice. It was very clean on the 1st floor. Our hotel room was mostly clean, not sure about our sheets.

Would definitely visit again!

I loved this hotel. It was really nice. Felt a bit elevated above others in the area without much extra cost. Near so many great restaurants and stores. New and attractive area but quick run to other areas off the parkway. Clean and elegant with an excellent breakfast included. Lots of options all really nice. Great coffee and a bar! Nice pool. I would 100 percent plan on staying there again.

Great quiet hotel

Everything's excellent.

The location was great. We did not have enough for a family of 5 staying for 2 days and when we asked for extra towels they did not have any available.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I had surgery that day at the thyroid Clayman center and it was about 35 min away. A great stay for a pre and post surgery stay. Rooms were spacious and so close to shopping and dining. Worth the extra few minutes. And also if visiting Tampa in general., great location. Highly recommend. Ty to all the staff.

Very nice hotel lots of parking very clean very friendy staff and near to restaurants. Next time i come to Florida i stay here again.
