broken celling, no air-conditioner, no service. no reply by phone, only reply message 4 hours after message sent.ONLY STAY ONE NIGHT THAN MOVING OUT. I BOOKED 14DAYS FOR THIS TRIP. (Also hotel.com didn't follow my case after my complain)

The customer service told me that the apartment listed was not available and they offered me another apartment which was in a very crowed and old neighbourhood. The only reason that I booked this apartment was because it was within 3 mins walk to the US embassy which I had my appoinment. The apartment that I finally lived was more than 15 mins walk. It was also totally different from the pics on ORBITZ. SCAM!

- It is close to U.S. Consulate General Shanghai, about 5min walking or less, which is very convenient. - Have restaurants and groceries around. - About 10min walking to subway station. - Very comfortable for four person. Two bedrooms have separate entries, not door to door. - Restroom are a little bit tiny but enough, can be improved with more cloth exchange space.
