Excellent value for money.

Good size units clean and tidy recommend.

Renovations and upgrades happening but not any real issues. Popular on the nights I stayed, on previous visits there it has been a lot more sparsely populated. Space in the rooms is good. No cooking in rooms.

A very pleasant place close to the river and town centre. Part of the Club Barham complex so easy to find somewhere to eat and drink. Modern unit with good facilites

Loved this little motel for our weekend away to Barham. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, very reasonable price and easy parking just to name a few things. Highly recommended.

Liked the daily servicing of the unit, Breakfast crockery and cutlery, renovated bathroom and proximity to the CluBarham. Have stayed before and will again.
