Amazing place to stay

We had a great stay! Clean, friendly staff, close to many things! Would definitely recommend!

everything was amazing, we love the place, one staff was a little rude, but the rest was great, we will be back.

Great place to stay but the Bistro Cafe was most lacking. Wait staff were fine but place was messy; found clean seats only on 3rd attempt. Even my wife’s menu was dirty. Menu very limited as there were no fruits available. Realize not easy on a Monday morning, after 9:30am, and delivery guy did arrive while we were there. Hotel is a fine choice but Cafe should be avoided.

Front Desk staff was very kind and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and room wasn’t cleaned while we were out. No fresh towels or garbage wasn’t emptied and bed wasn’t made

The pool is great for kids. Can get loud quickly in the pool so next time I’ll bring earplugs ; )

Very clean rooms

Literally the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had kids constantly running up and down the halls, yelling and screaming. There were groups of kids just sitting down in the halls. I had to call during the night to complain because I had two little kids trying to sleep. it was so loud I had even asked for a quiet room and they had put me right beside the ice machine and the elevator and clearly on a room with tons of kids, whose parents do not mind them running down the halls disturbing other guests. The amenities were good, but when we tried to use the pool, there were so many people down there. It must have been at capacity. It wasn’t very enjoyable. I’m really disappointed.

Everything was just great. Very nice, relaxed staff, useful and nice amenities and the bed was very nice.

Very clean room, easy check in, breakfast was great, pricing was super reasonable. Would stay again!

The chlorine in the pool was beyond excessive. Dried out my skin to the point of chapping our lips, bleached out all of our bathing suits. 2 of us had brand new bathing suits that are now ruined/faded from the chlorine. Showered and washed hands multiple times to still smell the chlorine in my skin the next day. Otherwise staff was friendly, facilities were clean and location convenient. Amazes me how the price goes up and the "extras" go down but that is unfortunately all hotels.
