Older house but nicely reno'ed inside. Edgy neighbourhood, lots of old shops and characters walking the streets. Nice change from vanilla city blocks but maybe not for everybody. Old house so you could hear the people above, that's about the only negative. Good value for what I paid.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The layout was good, mattresses were decen0 that's about it. The apartment was FILTHY, including a bloody Band-Aid on the floor!!!!!! Floors were absolutely filthy and sticky. Sheets had holes in them and I found hair in the bed sheets. The property was not transparent about differentiated pricing based on the day, only advertised the cheapest daily rate. At check in they insist you fill out a form with their property details, images of credit card and ID, CV which I found to be intrusive and lazy on their behalf that they could not even pre-populate their form with their property information. Customer service extremely lacking. Needed to call them to adjust the temperature. This property is all about doing the least possible for the best financial outcome and when I requested a partial refund for the disgusting state of the apartment and the disrepair they ignored my emails. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Very nice apartment, modern facilities. We booked for 6 people, but there was only TWO double beds and towels for 4 people. We called the owner, who send a person with an inflatable bed and some ekstra sheets and towels. 2 persons then had to sleep in the kitchen with lights from the wine refrigerator and the range hood that could not be turned off. On the last night new guest looked them self in while we were going to bed. Apparently both unit has the same access code for the doors.

Lors de la réservation, la description de la chambre indiquait qu’on pouvait être 4 personnes (un lit double et un divan-lit double). Toutefois, le divan ne se transformait pas en lit, alors une seule personne pouvait y coucher. La compagnie nous a apporté un matelas gonflable pour notre deuxième nuit seulement.

キッチン周りやシャワーなどの設備はキレイで良かったが、チェックインまでの手順がわかりにくく大変だった。 また、隣もしくは上下どこかの部屋からの油を使ったものすごい臭いが夜中0時過ぎに充満してきて、寝るのが苦痛だった。 換気扇が全く作動していない状態だったので、同じホテル内からの臭いなら、夜何時以降は料理しない等のルールは必要だと感じた。
