El entorno muy inseguro y sucio

Cama rangendo, calor insuportável no quarto (sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura do quarto), atendimento na recepção relatou não haver vaga (paga) para o carro, mas imediatamente após (2minutos) liberou para o carro seguinte. Já havíamos nos hospedado aqui, há dois anos atrás, a qualidade caiu consideravelmente! Decepção define!

첫날 들어간 룸 바닥에 못이 튀어나와있어서 변경요청했어요. 위치는 까탈루냐광장에서 이삼분?거리예요. 방음 정말 안돼요..침대 엄청 삐걱거리구요.. 옆방 사람들 잘못 만나면 새벽에 엄청 삐걱삐걱삐걱^^.. 소리도 다 들려요. 리셉션 안친절해요. 자기들끼리 웃고 떠드느라 바쁩니다. 룸교환 요청했었는데 공유 안돼서 여러번 설명했어요. 룸교환하고 슬리퍼 없어서 전화했었는데 한번 씹혀서 재요청 했었어요. 참고로 숙소에 커피포트 없어요. 위치가 좋다는거 빼곤.. 가격도 그렇고 비추천이요

Good hotel. Perfect position for visit Barcelona.

Positivt: Läget är super om du vill bo centralt. Fick checka in fast vi kom tidigt. Neutralt: Frukosten helt ok, men sticker inte ut. Personalen varierar, några väldigt trevliga och serviceminded och några riktigt trista. Negativt: badrum som luktar kloak, AC som inte funkar, kylskåp som inte fungerar.

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä liikkumisen kannalta. Lentoasemalta tuli nopea bussi läheiselle aukiolle. Hotellin aula ja vastaanoton henki aika vaatimaton 4 tähden hotelliksi. Itse antaisin 3,5/5 kokonaisuudelle. Huone oli siisti, suihku tilava ja hyvä pesuaineineen. Vessan altaan tiiviste valutti vettä.

Excellent location clean but rooms has real odor like a sewer Report to front desk but no results

I booked my room through hotels.com and saw good reviews. The location is very central and some staff are polite. However, I was allocated a tiny room on the 7th floor with only a small window facing an interior patio. The room had some vents that were constantly pushing very hot air into the room. The air conditioning was not working because is winter and there was NO AIR coming in from outside, since this was an interior patio - only smell from nearby restaurant kitchens came in, but no air. I explained that the room was very hot, but I was denied 'an upgrade' and was told by the receptionist in the afternoon that I got what I paid for. When I came back in the evening I was sweating and feeling sick, with a headache due to the heat. The lady downstairs explained that this is the system they have, it is either very hot or cold, they cannot regulate it and neither can the guests, because the room was very small and interior, the effect was more intense, turning my room into a sauna/oven with 25 degrees at one point. I went to reception and said I had to sleep in the lobby because I would asphyxiate in that room. She eventually offered me a room on the first floor, with no heating at all, which was actually pleasant in comparison. I eventually got to sleep at 3am. I would avoid this place unless they change the heating system.

hôtel très bien placé à côté de la place de catalunya et à côté du métro. Chambre lit simple confortable et propre. Petit-déjeuner très bien. Personnel très agréable.

Amazingly helpful staff; we especially appreciated the assistance of one member on our last day as it was raining and she helped with providing umbrellas and moving our luggage.

This hotel is overrated as 4 stars. The location is great and the rooms are clean. However, there is no coffeemaker in the room. The nightstands are so tiny. The windows are not soundproof. Our room was on the street side and we could hear the street noise all night. They have very bad service. When my husband asked for an extra blanket he was told to pick it up from the front desk. This is unheard of. Do not stay at this hotel. It is overrated and overpriced.

The Hotel offers a convenient location and comfortable accommodations. There is a terrace accessible to all, which was a bonus.

The location of this hotel is great. It is very close to Catalunya Plaza and is convenient to various public transportation and tourist attractions. The property was built around 2017, which is pretty new. Unfortunately, it is not well maintained. The TV remote and the phone did not work. The staff was nice to find me a replacement TV remote. The shower door makes loud squeaking noise. There was obvious mold stains on the shower seals. The sound isolation between the rooms were poor. The water jets of the shower unit need to be adjusted to avoid spraying out of the shower area. In general, this property could be made much better than the current state without spending too much money and could be collecting higher room rates.

Good and convenient location with well equipped room. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom.
