Wifi virkede overhovedet ikke. Det var meget ringe.

Check-in um kurz vor 23 Uhr lief problemlos ab. Da wir zwei Einzelbetten gebucht hatten und diese nicht verfügbar waren, bekamen wir ein riesiges Vierbettzimmer zugewiesen! Die komplette Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von daher stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnus nicht!

Lodgings in this area are generally expensive so the review is ignoring that aspect. The hotel is old but for most part it doesn’t seem dated. Room interiors were bright and very clean but bathroom can use minor refresh to fittings. Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was served in a lovely cafeteria , had lots of selections and quite wonderful.

When I checked in, I was told that there was no WiFi service in the rooms. If you want to use WiFi, you'd have to work in the lobby. However, I was able to get WiFi service in my room with no problem. So, YMMV depending on the room you get.

We loved our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed this place.

Sehr „ringhörig“, Dusche und Einrichtung sollte überholt werden, Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert Frühstück ok ausser Kaffeemaschine

Absolutely wonderful! We had a quadruple room; two twins and a king. Perfect for our family of 4. The food at the onsite restaurant was fantastic and the staff was too. Breakfast was included with the room andxwas also fantastic! The views are amazing as well. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a beautiful location with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms! The common areas and the restaurants are filled with cool things to look at! The food for breakfast was tasty and there were many options. We also had dinner and dessert there which was a highlight of our trip!

Quirky large hotel full of Icelandic memorabilia in the common areas. Good place to break the journey across southern Iceland. Comfortable room. Annoying that wifi is so bad (I had some work to do & had to give up). Good breakfast was included which was very welcome.

Room was huge, I mean huge!! Lovely breakfast in the morning, good range of food and of a high quality with beautiful homemade cakes, my son loved the marble cake.x

Dinner and breakfast were really good.

We stayed in a family quadruple room which was very spacious and comfortable with each child having their own bed. The room was well equipped, clean and warm. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
