Breakfast basic, parking safe

Hôtel bien placer mais revoir l’entretien du bâtiment ainsi que le petit déjeuner pas fou Mais le personnel est serviable Forte odeur de clore venant de la piscine nous nous sommes pas baigner , revoir l entretien de la piscine pas très propre.

Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30am and we had to leave by 8am so we were unable to use the free breakfast. No option of to-go bag. They did accommodate our late check in, which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the "old mannor" esthetic.

Straight forward. No bells and whistle but gets the job done. Clean and comfortable beds, free parking. Good for the price.

It's pretty good for the price. Quite clean, but to my shock the maid doesn't come every day so since we stayed 2 days our bed wasn't made and no cleaning was done (they said I had to let them know about cleaning in advance which is never the case with hotels). Breakfast had limited options but the quality was good. Also unusual that it only goes from 8:30 am till 10:00 am so we had to leave hungry since it was 7 am ... Pool is nice but you have to let them know so they warm up the water. Overall good vibes there though and plenary of parking if you drive.

Table light didn’t work. Attendant got us a different one. The air unit didn’t work. When the attendant pulled the plug it had arched and was blackened. She plugged it back in. I told her immediately to unplug it. We moved rooms. This one the end of the wooden bed was almost coming apart. My husband had to bang it in. WON’T BE BACK EVER. The pool area did look nice we were to have a free breakfast which we didn’t even look at. It was housed in the noodle restaurant out front of the hotel.

This is a relatively old place, but in good condition. We stayed in a "Honeymoon" room and the tub was excellent and the bed very comfortable. A few parts of things feel a little older and showing wear, but we very much enjoyed our stay.

Parking was easy and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was a little too cold to relax and enjoy. Would recommend heating the pool a little warmer when the hot tub is not available.

Good Staff. Premium room's jacuzzi was beautiful.

It was an okay stay, felt a bit creepy as we got two calls to the room with no answer at 1am which threw us off. Otherwise bathtub was a nice amenity.

The room was clean but was freezing in there. The heat was not coming out very hard, and the room was very cold. The pool was closed and they never put online that the pool was going to be closed for a few weeks. Was very disappointed because that was one of the main points why we booked this hotel for our son's birthday weekend.

Rooms are very clean, staff is helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect I want to personally thanks staff at night for making the checkin easy at 12:00 Am I would definitely visit again for my next trip Thank You Everyone

The heat barely worked, hot water was hit and miss, and when i drained the jaccuzi tub, it backed up the shower drain got the floor wet. Also brought up all the grime from the pipe. 0/5 stars, id rather sleep in my car

Everything was good and the staff are all very friendly and nice, if I ever come back to Niagara I will definitely stay here again, thank you all the staff for ur service

My friends and I had a great time. We got use of the pool, parking was literally outside our door, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only issue was the coffee machine in our room was not working. I will definitely come back. The staff was wonderful, friendly kind and efficient.

The overall stay was great. Breakfast was great! Staff was very tentative to our needs and questions. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool however could be a little warmer. The pool was a nice set up - very tropical.
