The room was clean yet there were insects within the duvet, there is no way to call the front desk from your room and must go to the 14th floor anytime you have an issue

숙소가 청결하게 관리되고 있고 프론트 직원들의 친절함도 매우 만족하고 왔습니다. 특히 작지만 대욕장도 운영하고 있어 하루의 피로를 말끔하게 풀고 왔습니다. 다만 시내로의 접근성은 도보로 가능하지만 대중교통의 인접성은 절반정도의 점수를 주고 싶네요. 다음번의 히로시마 여행 계획이 있다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

The place was very beautiful, including the view from the 14th floor, and the rooms were extremely well kept. The only thing I would ask is if the pillows could be a bit softer and more abundant.

L’hotel è in una posizione comoda sia per la stazione sia per il centro della città, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi in poche fermate. La struttura è molto curata e offre diversi servizi tra cui una bella lounge con terrazza dove sono a disposizione bevande e spuntini diversi a seconda del momento della giornata. Check in e check out veloci, camera ordinata e pulita, davvero un soggiorno piacevole.

Great hotel close to everything! Clean rooms and friendly staff

I loved the bathroom facilities. Shower area was big and separated from the toilet. Also they had free snacks and coffee for guests at different times in the day. Lots of nice food places close by also. 100% would stay here again!

Personale var veldig behjelpelige. Ved check inn på hotellet så jeg rommet hadde nesten ikke noe vindu, veldig liten. Jeg fikk panikk og gikk til dem med det samme og fortalte om situasjonen. De byttet rom med det samme for meg. Renslig. De ryddet og byttet håndklær selv om jeg ikke hadde hengt opp noe på døra for servis. Korte avstander til absolutt alt. Kunne absolutt tenke meg å bo der igjen.

The cocktail and happy hours are a nice addition. Location is walkable and easy access to tram lines. Beds were quite stiff and the hotel common areas could have been cleaner.

As two female travelers, safety is a priority to me. The check in desk in at the top floor—with a spectacular view by the way— and our room was on the floor right below. It felt secure, quiet, and comfortable. They have 2 washer machines and breakfast is offered as well as free snacks in the evening. Also a block’s walk away from the street car and bus stops. All the staff we came across was polite and helpful and I was able to get by with English. Excellent find, I’d stay here again!
