The property was nice, but I wish the rooms had microwaves and that there was ice available on our floor. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Great location - very central Hotel rooms dirty Reported and lacked follow up Reception seemed distracted a lot of the time Staff walk past rubbish on the floor.

Un hôtel bien situé, mais très cher pour la qualité des prestations. Le service (portiers et accueil) est assez froid (à part quelques exceptions comme Fernando). La nourriture du room service est onéreuse et la qualité moyenne. La chambre était en revanche propre.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to all the major sights in NYC. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely come back again!

The street noise was worse than expected but other than that the stay was perfect, all the staff were very kind and helpful.

El personal muy atento en todo momento especialmente Shap que nos atendió de maravilla nos sentimos como en casa! Lo recomiendo al 100. Volvería a pasar mis vacaciones en ese hotel. Gracias a todo el equipo del Time Square Edition! Nos quedaron muchísimas ganas de volver a pasar nuestras vacaciones en ese hotel.

I feel no good feeling because I booked 3nights and including free breakfast,but hotel still charged me breakfast for USD96.42,I don’t Expedia make mistake or hotel make mistake,it affects my travel feeling,pls check your records and not make customer upset,thanks

Quiet, elegant, Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful! The location was practically right in Time Square, 5 min walk to Rockefeller, 15 min walk to Central Park, and 5 to 10 min to most theaters. I will go again and stay there again. The restaurant and food is fantastic too! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing hotel, clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable and a lovely experience. Room with a view well worth the money!
