We loved our stay in NYC at The Time Square Edition. The staff and food were both exceptional. We were disappointed that the Paradise Club was closed during our entire stay, that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and felt that should have been disclosed, but other options were a short walk but not as convenient as we had planned. We upgraded our room to have a corner balcony, which my husband absolutely loved, the beds were uncomfortable, very firm, but we would recommend staying here and would again when in NY.

First time staying here. We loved it. The staff were so hateful and happy and just a great energy. The other guests were also so enjoyable. Yes your in times square but so close to everything. And we slept great. The room was nice and clean. We had a bottle of wine and a welcome dessert. I would absolutely go back to Times!

One of the best customer service specially from JOHN POLATSEK the CONCIERGE. He went above and behind to make sure we have an amazing stay and helped us with many great reservations.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Good food and rooms were clean and organized
