所有的一切都非常滿意

今次係第二次入住，房間景觀很好，管家服務到位，但唯一想講就係下午三時登記入住每次都係不能立即有房卡，今次說是房間剛清潔完畢，衛生經理檢查完就可以比房我，她說等多大約15分鐘左右，我坐在梳化等了30分鐘，職員好似忘記了跟進，老公走去問進度，職員才立即比房卡我們，所以這方面希望酒店會改善。

房間可以再清潔好些，有點污糟，支裝水沒有更換，上一手飲完放低沒有換新

員工服務態度非常好，客人遇到房間上的問題馬上做出處理以及補救。在清潔程度上差了一點點，在冷氣出風口有一些頭髮，位置因為比較顯眼。整家酒店所有員工的態度都非常好，很讓人開心。特別是門口工作人員，幫忙搬行李。

Check-in時房間竟然沒有準備任何歡迎生果點心之類，每張床也只準備了兩個枕頭。房間寬敞、裝修簡潔但豪華。景觀一流，舒服到我們check-in後也沒有離開過酒店！室內泳池可以（天氣不好，所以室外泳池沒有開），更衣室的熱水池和熱石床很舒服，但可惜蒸氣房不太熱。以一間那麼豪華的酒店，健身房略嫌簡單。

Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin.

早餐豐富

Everything looks good and clean but service needs to be improved further.

酒店設施有點舊、保養一般。最不滿意是預訂了三人大套房並注明了三人入住，但並沒有安排加床，跟前台職員聯絡，竟然回覆三人房只提供一張床，如需加床需付費，雖然最終他們也免費加上，但我對這個安排仍感到十分不滿意！
