No AC was the biggest thing with temps over 22. Was very disappointed in how much Tramoe has fallen off

Our stay at d hotel was lovely staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with breakfast wasn’t great but otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nicht weit entfernt ist der Strand. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut.

The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the room we were in was right next to the kitchen ventilation shaft so was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning but seemed to be off overnight. Great stay thanks to all the staff.

Friendly attentive staff. We had a great view with a balcony. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly welcome. Room upgrade nice, to balcony with views. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was very poor. While the water was only Luke warm in the evening and again in the morning.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a room to the front of the hotel with nice views of the pond and the sea beyond.

Check in and staff very good . Room was clean and great blackout curtains. Nice bathroom products. The breakfast was excellent. The bar in the evening was very efficient and had a good atmosphere.

Location and rooms were very good. Really nice hotel. The only issue was the ducted heating system that could not be turned off, so even with the window open, the room was extremely hot.

A big let down was having no air conditioner, opening the window had little help., Breakfast was good and my poached eggs were cooked perfectly
