Good location near the eiffel tower, frendly and helpful staff The building is a but outdated but maintained neatly though

Place was good and nice, one of their staff (reception) came off a bit rude and communicated in french only, besides that it was nice

The Pacific Hotel felt like a home away from home. I stayed here on my first trip to Paris (a solo trip when I was 20). The atmosphere of this hotel is so warm, cozy, and safe. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived early and they held my luggage for an hour while I went out, then had my room ready for me earlier than expected. They gave me tips on places to go and what to expect when I go out. I stayed on the first floor and I loved opening my window to the cute Juliet balcony and listening to the street sounds and smelling the fresh air every morning. The street (Rue Fondary) is relatively quiet and calm, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bakeries within a 10 minute radius. The Eiffel Tower is also very close. I will be staying here again soon. :)

Excellent séjour ! Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel souriant et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était complet, même si nous aurions apprécié un plus large choix de fruits et du lait chaud. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages sur place avant notre départ.

Chambre simple mais très propre avec une bonne literie et un service très sympathique des femmes faisant l'accueil et le petit déjeuner.

Hotel central , dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Boa estrutura de transporte público. Quarto pequeno, como visto nós comentários. Café e chá disponíveis todo dia. Mercado e boulangeries praticamente ao lado , assim como lavanderia e farmácia.

Nuestro grupo fue tratado muy bien. Todo el personal due muy amable. La chica rubia de la recepción es maravillosa. Nos guardaron las maletas. Había una maquina de café gratis.=)

As fotos parecem ser melhores que o real. O quarto muito pequeno, nao estrutura para por malas, a cama é boa assim como banheiro. Localizacao razoavel.

The hotel is very ok. It has many restaurants nearby and I felt safe walking on the streets at night. My room had a nice porch. The building has a lift, something positive but the rooms are not that big. My room had a wooden pillar in the middle of it, something strange but ok. But I had a bad experience in the hotel. Some value in GPB cash disappeared from one of my luggage. But I only realized this two days after leaving the hotel when I was in another city going back to the UK. I’m sure that it disappeared in the hotel because I did not use this money in the other city. I made contact with the hotel but they could not help me unfortunately.

Pacific Hotel was perfect for my few day stay in Paris. The room was on the smaller side but I definitely felt safe and the staff were so friendly. They were happy to store my best pre and post check in which was amazing! Don’t know that I’d pay for the buffet breakfast next time as options were limited.
