Virtually spotless facility, with a like-new appearance. Excellent breakfast with differing hot entrees each day. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many restaurants and pubs nearby. Metro stop practically at the front door.

フロントの女性がとても素敵。 見た目は、クールで弁護士か教師のようだが 、地下鉄のことや、何かを聞くと、的確に優しく教えてくれる。察して、先に教えてくれる。 安心できた。 ホテルというより、ドミトリーのような感じ。 ベットと、机しかない部屋、でもドアがあるので、寝室全体が暖かく落ち着く。 他の部屋の騒音も聞こえない。 朝食は、パンの種類が多く、フルーツもたくさん。 オレンジ、パイン、マスカット、スイカなど豪華。 デザートのケーキも美味しかった。 ハム、チーズ、サラダ、温かいものは、日によってちがう。 朝食にしては豪華すぎる。 シャワーには、全身シャンプーのみ。あと、固形石鹸。 部屋にはポットなどなく、栓抜きと、グラスのみ。 コンセントがたくさんあって、便利だった。 クローゼットもとても大きい。 2泊したが、掃除が入らないことに気づかず予約した。 部屋に冷蔵庫もあるし、ロータリーの反対には、ケンタッキーやピザもある。 駅すぐ、目の前で、プラハ城やユダヤ人街にも近いし、どこでも便利。途中にトイレに帰ったり、とにかく便利だった。 どうせ寝るだけ、便利で清潔がいい。 また泊まりたい。

La stanza era molto bella e pulita. Non c'era però il letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli ai lati opposti della camera, e quando l'abbiamo fatto presente ci hanno risposto di unire i letti cosa che abbiamo fatto. Ma questo dovrebbe essere compito del personale non dell'ospite. Il personale molto freddo e poco cordiale. Accogliere con un sorriso vale sempre un punto in più non solo nel lavoro!!

Great hotel, friendly staff and convenient location to the Prague Airport & Metro station!

Wonderful breakfast, nice staff, near to metro and the airport.

It is proloblem that Hotels reserve more and more time for cleaning rooms. In this case 5 hours which is.20 percent of the 24 hours we pay for. I understand it is cost efficient to get everone leave at a fixed time and even be firm about not giving rooms at a fixed time. It is not customer friendly and I think more flexibility would be possible if staff was allowe.

It was a rather confusing building layout and a lot of doors to go through. There were 7 doors from our room to the sauna that was on the same floor. All in all we liked it. Convenient location for taking train to Karlovy Vary and airport. Quick tram to the good parts of town.

翌日の出発が早かったので、タクシーの利用についてサポートしてくださいました。ありがとうございました！ また朝食が7時で、ホテルを7時15分に出発しないといけなかったので、朝食会場が開く前から待っていました。 そうしていた時、朝食会場のスタッフの方が少し早めにドア開けて、食べさせてくださいました。 半分諦めていたので、本当にありがとうございました！
