Quality old building updated.

We stayed at Aloha twice during the one trip. Our first stay was excellent - double room with ensuite. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our second stay was also good but we could not get an ensuite room. The shared bathroom was clean. The staff member the second time was not as helpful. The kitchen area was well stocked and very handy. The unexpected provided breakfast was very much appreciated. The location was central and easy to get around. I would stay again and certainly would recommend.

The property was in an easy to find location from the bus terminal. It was very clean and our room was refurbished with AC and private bathroom. Amenities at the hotel were fabulous - fully equipped main kitchen on level 1, kitchenette on each floor, terrace to sit and eat/mingle, and breakfast was provided which we hadn't expected.

We had a great 2 night stay. Comfortable beds, a usable kitchen and outdoor deck. I’d stay again.

Estábamos en un tercer piso todo perfecto limpieza,cama,muebles incluso mejor de lo qué esperaba hasta dos almohada para cada uno para dormir una alta y otra mas bajita es un sitio acogedor... en mi opinión muy buen sitio y situado. La única pega que se escuchan mucho las puertas cuando estas durmiendo del baño y de las habitaciones si no sería un 10 para mi

Per essere un ostello di base, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La camera privata è esattamente quello che ti aspetteresti da un hotel, ad un piano separato dalle camere d'ostello. La sala comune offre macchinetta del caffè gratis e al mattino qualcosa da sgranocchiare. Nota super positiva all'host che appena arrivati ci ha accolto e in 2 minuti ci ha dato tutte le informazioni importanti senza farci perdere tempo, compreso consigli su dove eventualmente cenare. Consigliato!

Esta muy céntrico. A pocos minutos de todo. Fácil para hacer el check in y también el check out. Le han hecho una lavada de cara hace poco, no una reforma, así que las habitaciones están monas. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía, aunque nosotros no llegamos. Deberían prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to my bus being delayed, I arrived later than expected, only to find the hotel doors locked with no staff available to assist me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was left outside with no way to access my room and ended up having to spend the night on the street. This is unacceptable hospitality. Guests should never be denied access to their accommodations under any circumstances, especially when travel delays are beyond their control. I strongly urge the hotel to improve its late check-in procedures and ensure there is always a way for guests to enter the property safely, regardless of arrival time.

The apartment was okay but the TV wasnt working properly and there was no air conditioner or a fan so the room was very hot

Habitacion con dos camas individuales, baño y ducha en la habitacion. Con TV, aunque no iba muy bien. Suerte que habia aire acondicionado porque pillamos un fin de semana con altas temperaturas. La habitacion estaba limpia. A 5min del centro de Pamplona. Con paradas de bus cerca si aparcas en aparcamientos disuasorios

Hace un par de años me hospedé en este hostal y fue una buena experiencia en general, pero esta vez no fue así. Aunque la ubicación es buena y la atención de recepción también, la limpieza dejó bastante que desear. El baño estaba completamente sucio, el WC lleno de papeles y toallas sucias por el piso del baño. Al comentarlo en recepción la respuesta fue que la limpieza solo se hacía de 11 am a 1 pm (yo llegué al hostal alrededor de las 6 pm). Al día siguiente por la mañana antes de salir, no pude ni bañarme porque el baño estaba aún en peores condiciones que la noche anterior. Considero que aunque se tenga un horario establecido para limpieza general del lugar, debería haber una supervisión más continua sobre todo en los baños, donde la limpieza debe ser esencial.
