Lovely clean rooms, fabulous food at a good price. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spot on.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation on ground floor opening on to the gardens. Great evening meal and breakfast with friendly and efficient staff. Can't fault it!!!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in lovely grounds. Food was delicious. Staff / management were so friendly.

The room was tired and in need of decoration. There were only 4 coathangers and no full length wardrobe. The room was also very dusty. The top of the bathroom waste pedal bin was covered in stains. The two hairdryers in the room both stopped after a few minutes on medium heat. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The room was cold when we arrived. The lighting was poor. However we would recommend the restaurant. The food is well cooked and delicious.

Lovely stay at Dewdrop Inn for a couple of nights while we visited the Malvern Flower Festival. Room was good size with decent en-suite, with good shower. Very clean. All the staff were friendly. We ate in restaurant on both nights and the food was excellent, would recommend.

Breakfast was poor including service.

Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.

Fantastic stay made to feel very welcome

The food at the Dewdrop is excellent. There are also special food events with themed menus. We really enjoyed the Korean food night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nicely appointed with everything needed for a short stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had the disabled-friendly room which was roomy and good walk-in shower. However the wash basin was too small made more difficult to use with the glass shelf directly over it. There was also a constant noise outside our room on the 1st night which sounded like a compressor continuesly starting and stopping. Breakfast was great!

Friendliest people work at this Inn.we were made to feel valued and welcome. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We arrived early so we could spend the afternoon in Worcester. They called us a taxi and allowed us to park our cars there even though we hadn’t checked in. The rooms we had booked were basic, but comfortable, in an attached annexe not in the Inn itself. Plenty of tea and coffee etc. Toiletries. Breakfast was excellent. Superb coffee. It was located a few miles from Worcester, which worked very well as hotel parking in the city is difficult and not available in many hotels. A short taxi ride suited us. We ate dinner there. It was a bit disappointing, but we’d eat there again as we suspect the food is usually better as everything else was very good. We’d recommend the Inn for a short stay for adults.
