Dinner menu was limited, we had the beef special, bad idea the gravy beautiful, the beef was as tough as army parade boots, the vegetables were so hard they must have been nearly raw fondant potato was soft all the way through not crisp on outside. One other couple there and they said the same. The staff and hotel room plus restaurant etc were absolutely emaculate. Even though we had to eat out second night it was a good enjoyable few days.

Fabulous Hotel Lovely spacious room Friendly staff I really enjoy having a “Traditional” English breakfast when staying away & I have to say this was the best I can remember having! Compliments to the Chef😊

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a great big thank you to the chefs who really took care of my dietary needs with real kindness. I would recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location and am planning my next visit.

The hotel is first class. Picturesque, delightful staff, excellent food, and real ale. Ideal place to stay in the Woodhall Spa area.

Very disappointed , will not stay here again

Nice enough property, but slightly tired. Bar manager made a good effort. The rest of the staff disinterested, especially the receptionist. I’d expect more from a hotel in this price bracket

Lovely hotel. Plenty of parking with great views. Located close to the town so handy to visit some of the local shops. Very comfortable bed large with a stunning tradition bathroom. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Helpful friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff , we had room 3 above bar , a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early but would return but ask for a different room

Lovely place in peaceful surroundings & just a short walk from centre of Woodhall Spa. The staff are very pleasant & welcoming. Good restaurant & cosy bar area. We had a room in the annex building which was very spacious & overlooked the golf course. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location in woods opposite golf course. Very quiet. Large rooms, comfy albeit 2 single beds put together. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
