Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good.

a very friendly welcome, though all a bit chaotic with their check in system. Beautiful room with lovely hot drink options and fresh water, very nice bathroom with shampoo, soap, conditioner etc.. The one downside was the road noise as the road is incredibly busy, especially during rush hour. They can't change that but I wanted to mention it.

Staff very friendly

A great two day stay in Kent, mainly to go for a tour on the Balfour Winery. A nice and cosy inn in the English country side, just as it says on the tin. We will be back for more exploring in the future I am sure.

We stayed in the suite and had no hot water and no heating. Manager had left and staff unable to help. Was told we had to shower in a different room then lied that they had sent maintenance. Hotel refused refund and lied.

We loved the room it was brilliant clean and welcoming fantastic food and the staff were excellent, friendly and knowledge
