The room was clean nice fresh towels and bedding. Only encountered 1 staff member on check in very friendly and helpful, parking adjacent at rear of property which is always helpful. Cannot comment on food as I didn’t eat there. My only criticism was a shared shower, I would have preferred a full en-suite, but all round good value for money and a great location 5 mins walk to the pier.

Me and my family were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in and was able to check in 2 hours early which was handy as we could just get out and about straight away. The family room was large well lit, clean and the beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection to choose from. All credit to the owners though both absolutely lovely people and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely stay here again thanks.

Great location, friendly staff, decent room. The only problem we had was very loud room neighbours. They didn’t let us sleep until 3 am.

Everything about tthis accommodation was perfect the owners were very welcoming and so friendly will definitely go back rooms were very clean and spacious cleaned each day we was there 😀 very happy with it .

Everything was as expected, clean and quiet, with an excellent breakfast, and very nice management. My only gripe would be that my shower was too small for my large frame, but not a big problem.... 5 Stars

The hotel proprietor and his staff were very curtious at all times and very efficient in their work and i would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for holiday accommodation to visit in Skegness.

Really nice hotel, very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in room 1 on the top floor lots of stairs but there is a lift. Room was cosy had everything we needed. Bedding was spotless, bed comfy and slept very well. Good shower. Provided water tea coffee etc and mini toiletries. Overall very good and would stay again and recommend. We didn’t use the bar there or have breakfast so can’t review those. There is parking but it’s limited and you can get blocked in but reception keep your keys they shuffle the cars around. Location is great everything on doorstep.
