Very good value, modern budget accomodation attached to pub. Clean quite spacious, good value breakfast, evening meal pretty good but sea bass over cooked. Grwar for one night stop over.

The room had everything we needed, and we managed to get extra coffee when we required it. The staff were very helpful and made our visit run smoothly. For our stay, the air conditioning in the room was a bonus, as it was during a very hot spell. We didn't watch the TV, but it looked to have everything you might need on there. There were also USB ports next to the bed, so if you forget your charger, you are covered. The only thing that was a little disappointing was breakfast, as many items, such as fruit and yogurt, were not available. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

Stayed here with my bike on a multi-day bikepacking trip, treating myself to one night in a hotel. Easy check in and out, no problem having bike in the room, nice food.

Room was small and in poor condition, paint peeling off the walls, half a toilet roll left, room was not serviced on our 2nd night so no replacement coffee etc or clean towels. Breakfast was disappointing, fruit bowl was kiwi or apple, no gluten free options on display, no spoons for coffee, 1 plate available, messy sides and generally looked shabby, weekend staff were oblivious to the need to replenish. Had to walk to pub to get anything needed, we had to ask for another loo roll! Light came through curtains and bottom of the door, bed was not comfortable and appeared old and sunk in places. We paid for breakfast and at the weekend for 20% off as we were staying at the hotel but not on the Monday, not sure who was right. Would not chose to stay here again.

Plenty of free parking, easy check in/out. Rooms were spotless and had hairdryers. Shower was really good and powerful. Bed very comfortable. Could do with slow closer on door as when you close it bangs really loudly which would wake all other guests.

Another lovely stay! I had requested 3 or 8 as I stay here often. No one got back to me and on arrival I was booked in 21. The guy on reception quickly changed it for me. Helpful as always. 👍

I don't think we had the best service as their booking systems were down, not the staff's fault. The food was just passable. The room was comfortable and clean. There is easy plentiful parking.

Clean, motel-like rooms in the building adjacent to the inn rather than above it.

The room was smart, and laundry was clean, charging points, lights easy and plentiful. There was a stain on the carpet which was obvious and off putting, and at 4:15am I could not get hot water in the bathroom tap! Coffee and milk were good and bed was pretty comfy-it was a hot room but I could open the window and not noisy so that was simple! We had a light meal the night before which was disappointing in terms of portion sizes and undercooked garlic bread, but puddings were yummy! So overall, I would stay in the room happily but would not head back to the pub for a dinner without persuasion!

Wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Very comfortable bed, clean room and variety of teas. Very quiet too. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We have just returned from a two day stay at Two Rivers, Chepstow. Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed. My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised. We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions.

Always clean and modern room. Comfy bed! I also like a bath and the staff have been good on multiple occasions and switched my room so I had one.
